And how did he personally do that? +++ He campaigned for President. He wanted the job. He campaigned on reforming Bush abuses in the MMS. He appointed Salazar, an "industry friendly" guy. Salazar appointed Baca(BP executive) as #2 in the MMS. No reforms undertaken at MMS. MMS rubber stamps the DH drilling plan. BP has green light to be really stupid. Gulf is dying, economically and ecologically. That is the accurate chain of events. If your 16 year old son is drunk and wants the car keys, are you responsible if you give him the keys and he crashes? When you know he's crashed before?
