What ever. He only reads what they put in front of him. Also, notice the timing of the speech? Big whoop oval office showcase speech at 5 PM PDT? The real event was the NBA finals game an hour later and MSM doesn't like presidents that screw with their showcase broadcasts. No doubt his demeanor in that speech was from pouting that he didn't get to go to the game with his wife.
