Rachel has concentrated on the clean up. The administration has not been open about why we do not have hundreds of them out there. The experts said those Dutch skimmers alone, could probably have saved the coast. Obama could have gotten hundreds of skimmers and he didn't do it. Turned them down and many others from other countries. And I think what Rachel was saying, is what you said. It is nuts to have alcohol legal and pot illegal. Pot is a safer drug than alcohol except for the smoking part. If one ate it, instead of smoking it, it would be a tonic for the brain according to sacientific American. And it is easy to grow pot, so each person could grow their own pot and eat it as a food. Prevents dementia, is an anti inflammatory and stops pain.
