"all the GOP Governors that surround the Gulf should be doing something to help instead of playing victim."

What they seem to be doing is lobbying for MORE drilling.

Instead, all the GOP Governors that surround the Gulf should be doing something to help instead of playing victim.

C'mon, you know that is plain disingenous. The states have to get the go ahead from the Feds and nothing is happening. Jindahl finally took it upon the state government to construct barrier islands instead of waiting for the Army Corp. of Engineers to approve. Even in cases where the local governments are trying to protect bays in FL, the Coast Guard (Feds) is inhibiting the process because they say they need their right to pass freely. You'd think that they could get their ships into open water, barrier the bays and try to work from a mobile command post. Seems to me that common sense would scream out that the Coast guard is a lot more flexible than the topography. If I was a governor I'd do whatever I could and beg for forgiveness later, but that's just me.

With that being said, this thread needs to eliminate the political BS. We are wasting way too much time scrolling through 100's of posts for 10 that pertain to making any money. Patron? Where's the WMD for this?

Minniemind,

that post will quite possibly win the stupidest post of the year award. You really need to seek some help for that 'shroom problem you must have.
