See why state and local and volunteers need to take over the clean up. The Gulf states have done nada. They have turned to the feds for help. Jindal was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Barbour doesn't think its that bad. Only AL and FLA seem prepared to deal with the problem to some extent but even they are depending on BP and the feds. That's the reality Jim. If you want it done differently, then I suggest you run for president in 2012
