True story: A number of years ago during a cold snap a woman was doing her laundry in a basement suite when she looked up and out the window to see a flasher kneeling in the snow. She phoned the cops and the flasher ran off. She was unable to give much of a discription to the police "it was very small and blue" so the police warned the local hospital to be on the look out for anyone with a frozen or frost bitten who-who. That was the only known reported sighting of the mid winter flasher but needless to say when the story got out there were alot of jokes about a wee chilly willey............ Hows that for a mini movie plot
