It isn't just salaries it's all the vehicles, toys, equipment, offices etc. that the Feds use plus all of their Contractors and all of their buildings, ...you get the picture.

I see there is real talk of lifting the Cuban travel ban. I'm all for it and while they are at it, there should be a requirement that all idiot socialist to communist liberals visit there to see what their Utopia is really like and while they are there, they can have their passports revoked and they can be forced to stay there to live in their Utopia forever and prevent them from running in elections here or voting for their own morons.
