yes, i agree with this assessment about FIFA not banning them.
how on earth would banning a freak instrument (and most particularly due to the way it has been used) can be deemed to be racist is beyond me.

indeed... how can anyone make the connection between banning something that HURTS your ears, and interferes with the simple act of watching a game... and a racist attitude....
