>Yet, the GW community and scientific community continue to refer to iron fertilization research as "dumping". Strangely, this seems to jibe with their unsubstantiated, but prevalent, belief that CO2 is a poison and therefore must be regulated through Carbon Taxes.
Dumping iron in the oceans is just that. The "GW" community, as you may call it, or I prefer to refer it as the scientific community (in this case marine biologists), want a thorough study on the effects of dumping iron. Incidentally, ever think of the quantities of iron required to make an impact on the phyto populations. Ever think of other reasons for their reduced growth rates (e.g. mercury pollution?).

Some studies say iron fertilization wont be effective for carbon capture:

There's another reason the oceans are dying. There are upwelling circulation of nutrient rich ocean currents that feed the zooplankton populations. Now with warming of the upper strata, this upwelling has diminished creating massive dead zones. CO2 in itself is not poison, but a greenhouse gas. It's rise in concentration in the atmosphere has caused global warming. The anti-earth, anti-science, anti-environmental denier-sects fail to see this. They deny warming is happening and they deny the obvious side-effects. They'll deny until they rot in their graves. Most of them are old-fogies concerned ONLY about taxes and their own belly-buttons. It's the American Way.
