We want devaluation. The Chinese peg is the key obstacle - while
China keeps the peg, it remains, for currency purposes, a
US State. It is not hard to keep your currency artificially
low. As the dollar is concerned, it is, for now, Chinese
currency. If the PEG is ever blown, the dollar will come
down significantly. Until it is, our manufacturing will have
difficulty recovering.

Not sure about cash -- I believe that's the 10k threshold -- but credit/debit is all reported as far as I know.
