And a fixer upper. I'm not sure how to read that listing - what kind of "TV-set" - a Soviet 1960 built-in? Can't beat that asbestos roof to keep the fire insurance premium down.

OK size for Europe, and certainly cheap compared to, say, suburban Paris. But even apartments in Tallinn seem pretty outrageous compared to incomes.
