CALIFORNIANS OUT BILLIONS IN SNAP LAKE REAL ESTATE SWINDLE.

B. Lever reports:

Thousands of Californian investors found out today their investment in BrandX realty's Snap Lake subdivision is virtually worthless. BrandX inundated Californians with a massive promotion which claimed that El Nino would flood coastal California while at the same time transforming the Snap Lake area into the new California of the north.

Investors were enticed with computer enhanced photographs of orange groves, palm trees, and sandy beaches, not to mention row upon row of greenhouses growing hothouse tomatoes. What BrandX failed to tell investors was that Snap Lake would be in almost total darkness half the year and almost total light the other half. As investors discovered this fact they blindly sold their investments until the value of the subdivision had completely collapsed.

One group of investors has banded together to formulate the Snap Lake Action Plan (S.L.A.P), while another led by legal legend Dwayne Harassone have decided to launch a class action suit against BrandX Realty. Canadian legal experts predict the principals of BrandX will never face prosecution and that investors will never see a penny of their money returned. Said one straight face investor: "I'd rather be in Indonesia."

As if to rub salt in these hapless investors' wounds, a Canadian mining company Winspear Resources Ltd. has just announced a multi-billion dollar diamond find in the middle of Snap Lake.
