i love hong kong, for it feels right, and is beautiful

was on lantau yesterday at a small village by the ocean near mei wo for sunday brunch and kids play
village homes nicely done all along the way
lots of fancy cars and happy weekenders

many economic refugees from oecd nations with lantau weekend homes
all yearning for freedom and praying for liberty
and happy to engage with hong kong salvation

read mr zulauf's barron's interview

while i am in alignment with the s&p500 at 500 concern re deflation of oecd west
but i am also having a difficult time reconciling a s&p500 at 500 world with inflation of the east

i am simultaneously worried about losing everything i have, and
am fretting about being left behind while holding paper money

on average, for any given week, i feel ok
i just do not care for the volatility and the widening band of worries vs fret
