Not just a handball BUT any foul were the person stops a sure goal...sure goal-this is were the discretion comes in
Those rules I believe are not the "newest"?
Call Blatter he will tell you

oh my dog......

heinz... there is a WORLD of difference between an involuntary hand ball, and a voluntary one. that's for starters....

then...

the foul, IF indeed there is a genuine one (unlike the penalty in favor of italy today)... is a an entire different category....
AND just for kicks... if your statement were true... how come smith (from N. Zealand) was given ONLY a yellow card
when 'allegedly' he committed a foul on the italian prima dona de Rossi, because if you see the replay.. yes, there
is a shirt pull but NEVER a foul, and certainly NOT the reason for de Rossi to dive, which he did... <-- DE ROSSI is
the one that should have received a RED CARD for his dive...

HENCE --> your statement of automatic red card for either a handball or a foul would be an automatic red card is false.

it is the INTENT that counts. and i know what a 'sure goal' and the discretion that comes along with it IS

I KNOW THE RULES.... i was DRILLED on them... and i showed you the actual "LAWS OF THE GAME" there is not a
single word that says....

a handball (or foul) is an automatic red card....

besides... read above, the New Zealand v Italy game proves you WRONG. in addition, as i explained, a foul is a
"worse" offense than a handball. particularly if the handball is involuntary....

look, i played sweeper for years, and i HAD to know how to do clean tackles, because if not, the team would receive a
penalty (if inside the box) and HANDS were OUT OF THE QUESTION, due to the risk involved... and i KNOW that there
are many times when you go for the ball, the ball may hit you. there is a world of difference between that and INTENTIONALLY
grabbing the ball. as i said, i was drilled on the rules. i was cautioned over and over: NOT to do a stupid thing such as getting
a red card needlessly. (i.e. you leave your team with one man down) i do not have to call freaking Blabber, the coaches i
had drilled me to death on this shit. (same with the off-side rule), which i continuously argued against the idea of moving
forward to force the offside. why ? because if the referee did not see it, you were SOL and left your goalie alone with one,
and sometimes two strikers.... a very risky play....

anyway.....

as for your statement saying....

thats it for me on this,,,why?? because I know Im right

*roflmao*

well... i am sorry to inform you that just because you say so.... it does not make it true .... LOL !

i have given you PROOF (in the rules) and in today's game (New Zealand v Italia) that your statement is false.

the plain facts are....

these fucking referees are inept, inconsistent, and a bunch of psychotic morons, because there is no rhyme, reason, or consistency
as to how they judge these games....

THIS IS THE REASON WHY I GET SO PISSED OFF WHEN I SEE BAD REFEREES
