I'll grant you that. However, the Congress voted to put up 700 miles of fencing. I don't believe that has been completed as yet. How's this: Every President is responsible for every death caused by ILLEGAL immigrants coming into this country on his watch. The President's job provided for in the US Constitution is to PROVIDE FOR THE COMMON DEFENCE.... It is a Federal Law that we have LEGAL immigration. Arizona has made it now their State Law as well, and has accepted responsiblity to take the offenders of that law out of their State (since the Feds seem to be more than reluctant to obey the Federal Law) as part of their new State law.
