Its the equivalent of the Rs standing with the Taliban but they don't even see it.

You must think BP intentionally broke the line? I believe it was an accident. If they did something stupid or and act of God remains to be seen. Therefore it is too soon to shakedown a company who may have done everything possible to stop it. And the government should have taken the BP executives in for bribing the government, but instead they will parcel out that money among their selves, but the victims may get 10% or so.
