If President Obama has embraced offshore drilling in Brazil, why not in the old U.S.A.?

That's easy... Soros stands to make hundreds of millions of dollars with the loan to Brazil's Petrobras, but nothing if we drill here at home... it's all about money and pay offs, and America be damned...

(PS --- "$2 Billion" is but a drop in the bucket compared to the expected costs to develop the deep under-salt oil basins. PetroBra, for example, will be required to come up with well over a HUNDRED BILLION for the next five year period.... High tech purchases from US drilling supply firms will certainly exceed that 2 Billion Ex-Im loan.)
