..... in the case of illegal immigration, he wants to swell the ranks of Democrat voters. It's really that simple. You need to educate yourself better on this issue. It is a waste of my time to discuss this any further. Suffice to say, illegal immigrants do not swell the ranks of Democrat voters. Neither did it swell the rank of the Republican voters when Bush did not do anything on this issue either. The guy was obviously talking about what Obama wants in the future, not how it is at present. It makes sense that Democrats would prefer amnesty to enforcement because they expect most of those new voters would vote Democratic. But the two Gov. Bushes were both elected in states with substantial Latino populations and succeeded in winning many of those votes.
