Yup, that is what the country needs desperately, a federal law on who can occupy rental property.

Can't wait for the teabagger rally supporting that one.

Once again, the People rising up to do what the Federal Government refuses to do.

I expected this would happen once illegals were found in any kind of numbers outside the major cities. What I didn't realize is how fast that would happen........ten years. The other towns with large illegal populations in NE should join with this town in the lawsuit so that the financial burden doesn't fall on just one town.

I would also like to see a national debate. Owners of these meatpacking plants are encouraging illegals to cross the border. They need to be penalized.

This is the kind of law AZ should have passed.....simply mimicking provisions in the federal law. The tangents the AZ got into will probably make it unconstitutional.
