If you are articulating why Obama is treating the immigration issue the way he is, then what is your explanation of why Bush did not address that issue either. Did he want to legalize them also so that they vote Republican or is it because deporting 12 million of them is not practical? The same goes for Bush Sr. This is not a thread for bringing Obama bashing. We do indeed criticize Obama's actions without indulging in the use of rhetoric and hate propaganda such as referring to Obama as BHO etc. Should I strive to impress those with a bias?
