Now he's for a moratorium on drilling, even though he apparently lacks the legal authority to order one. How much simpler can this have to get for all to comprehend. This is a "drill baby drill" judge. The spill is a national emergency, it threatens our economy and the President can assume executive powers in such circumstances where he has to protect the jobs of thousands at the cost of jobs of few and the profits of even a fewer group of corporate interests. After all we cannot rape this planet since it is not yours or my father's planet.
