GS, The quote was actually etched into my mind. "the bank has raised the possibility that there is a danger that somebody who knew how to use the program could use it to manipulate the markets in UNFAIR ways". I guess we were safe with only GS having that ability. So very reassuring. .01 hits will be cancelled. try 59% below the market, but it appears that these regs could be made and changed as it suits them. I wonder if there is some question of legality re the cancellation of trades, arbitrarily.
