Bobby,
Please excuse the break-in.
There are far to many homeless in Colorado(in summer at least).
when one goes to the downtown area of Denver, there are hundreds asking for change or any help. That is part of what has led me to think there may be another "great depression" coming. The boom period prior to the crash of '29 was called short and weak by many of the day, as large parts of the population did not enjoy the fruits of it.
I met an old man in Texas who had lost a good in the repair of railcars prior to the depression. The whole rail yard was moved to Mexico! How many jobs have gone south in these current "good years"?
How many have had little or no chance to become involved in these good times?
Bobby, did you catch my post, some time ago, about the young high school dropout working behind the counter of a McDonalds giving market advice? If he far from the shoe shine boy who gave stock tips to Joe Kennedy in Mid '29?
BTW - CNBC was stating the $1.00+ bounce in POG was a "flight to safety" as was the heavy move to Swiss Franc.
