I would be dumb founded if Sarah was the Republican nominee. I submit that conditions in 2 years may be such that any sane person would not want to be president. My personal belief re the moratorium is that it will have two phases. The first phase is the out and out prohibition. The second phase will be long and tortuous were new permits will be slow to obtain and very expensive in terms of compliance. If I am right that will be a huge chunk out of our economy and only make the coming challenges greater. Bob
