Bloomberg is reporting that the house has extended the homebuyer tax credit to September 30. No story yet to see if it's just for closings or broader. I'm surprised it's not extended until the day after November elections.

It was only a matter of time.

Edit: it's only for closings on pre April 30 sales - so far.
