I responded to your earlier post not that by Sowell. I even quoted from that to indicate that. Sowell's post from you was after that. Besides, what Sowell writes is common sense. What Obama did with his ban order is nowhere near suspending the US civil rights and giving Big Brother the rights to listen in on our private phone conversations. There is no right to privacy involved in his decision. On the contrary, it the right to life for us all over that of a privileged few.
