I think that eventually you will receive notice and/or it will be published in the newspaper. If you want to be a representative plaintiff, you will have to contact the plaintiff lawyers. They have probably already hand-picked the reps, though. mph

Chuck,
I have been involved in several of these lawsuits before (2 that I didn't even know about). In each one I received a packet from the company/lawyers explaining the lawsuit, my "rights", and what to do to collect. Check your mailbox soon I guess.
