Can't remember the name right off the bat. I think I have the tag in my Western Garden book, but I'm too lazy to get up right now. We are amazed at this rose. It starts out golden with a tinge of red on the very ends of the petals. The more mature the flowers, the paler it gets, but it never gets too pale. They have both just taken off this summer and are full of buds.

I had a very full day. Made 3 batches of strawberry freezer jam. Made a chicken stew with some left over chicken. Mowed the yard. Changed the sheets. Swept all of the floors, and did a little dusting too.

I'll look in the am.........I'm pooped!

Found the tag this am. They are called Cl Autumn Sunset. They are very hardy, disease resistant, like cool weather and are very fragrant. (they are not orange as in the picture at the link below)
