6 month review for funding? Odd. Still major hurdle cleared with device done and OKed. Pulled a HUGE rabbit out of the hat I'd say. Risk reduced but not gone. Tough to get funds but I'd bet it happens. There technically insolvent. I hope they have cash holed away while on life support. The company's been a cardiac case.

No one can possibly believe this. Holding funding for six months? GET REAL! It makes no sense, is completely unheard of, and extremely naive to believe. You or whoever is originating these statements will have a lot of explaining to do when the shit hits the fan with LBAS, which is a 50/50 chance. There will be civil and criminal lawsuits and people will dig into exactly these types of deceptions. You would be better off keeping it to yourself.
