A question that should be asked and answered in the positive by every parent, care giver, and leader on the planet. Otherwise how do you answer the more important question in the positive, "is it worth it?"

The truth is, they provide SOME protection from these. If you have a very large penis (such as mine), they provide a lot of protection, since I'm rarely slapping groins. I know this isn't true for you Asian guys...
