Good afternoon Sean,

Thank you so very much for sharing such good research information and the links to thereof. We never knew or found so much information about Jack Judy condensed on a couple pages. "With links like that..." you are truly a 1st class miner. Hope that we may return the favor in the "reasonably near future".

I think this is proof of Samsung developing KM disks. Read complete story for details - I'll just post high light in ref to KM:

techweb.com

"We've brought our shipments up from 50,000 per
month a few years ago to 700,000 per month now,"
Uriu said. "We will key off our strength as a
manufacturing giant, which gives us natural vertical
integration. If you look at the chip count in the
SpinPoint drives, 80 percent are vertically integrated,
the passives and many of the active parts, particularly
the memory chips, are from Samsung, and the motors
are also made in-house." The drives are now being
designed by an R&D team based in San Jose, Calif. It
numbers about 170.

?Why develop in San Jose??? KM connection???
