There is some inferential logic in what I wrote. I am not saying that Obama should or should not be given a second term. I am not saying that Obama is or isn't an effective leader. I am saying that if you have Mort Zuckerman throwing hand grenades at you every month for the next two years, your chances of reelection are slim to none. I didn't bring up Zuckerman, somebody else did. Zuckerman gave a very nice interview on the Financial Times a year ago. He predicted 16% U6 unemployment. SaidCRE was in deep doo-doo. Said he was building something like three buildings as opposed to his usual 5-7 and examining every new prospect with a microscope. Said he was getting beaten up on rents. Zuckerman belongs on this board for hs CRE position. OF course the top of the thread is all about Obama bashing through Zuckerman, so maybe it does belong over on Slider's thread.
