Replacing McChrystal with Petraeus doesn’t change our Afghanistan problem Stop thinking of it as a problem. Obama is trying to stabilize Afghanistan and Pakistan by the summer of 2011. He's giving it his best shot. Its to this country's advantage to have that part of the world stabilized in order to keep a lid on al Qaida/Taliban. Whether you want to face it or not, they are an extremely radicalized form of Islam and present a problem to the Western world including the US. If their base can be broken, its all the better for this country.
