Thanks for the run down. It's impossible to grasp how they get the nat gas out of all these wells. The nat gas waste from the Macondo well makes me wonder how much nat gas these deepwater wells can produce.

If a well deepwater well like Macondo is spewing out 100K b/d of oil and 200 mcf/d of nat gas, it useful to see what kind of nat gas reserves are coming out of these wells. So far, I guess that BP has released about 13,000 mcf of nat gas into the GOM at 200 mcf/d for 66 days. I wonder what the fine is for nat gas pollution per mcf.
