No, it's a classic case of rabid hate filled Democratic party members from the extreme left, using every scumbag lawyer trick in the book to cost a citizen millions in legal fees for ridiculous reasons. One of many reasons we should pass a "loser pay" law nationwide.

Well, Snow.....The article also says this: "Governor Palin was nevertheless following the express advice of one of her attorneys who told her the Trust complied with all laws and was indeed unassailable." Neither Petumenos nor Van Flein would name the attorney who gave Palin that advice. Palin was advised by two national firms, in addition to Van Flein of Anchorage. They were McKenna Long & Aldridge and Baker and Hostetler. But the Democrats will never spin it that way...until people not so gently remind everyone that the Trial Lawyers are mostly Democrats in nearly ALL States....and certainly do heavily support Democrat candidates....
