Thank y ou, former Joe.

Someone also told me to do this (via phone) and it worked!!

1. Hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and press R to bring up the Run window.
2. Type outlook /safe and click OK. This will start Outlook in Safe Mode.
3. See if you can delete any emails. If you can delete, please stop here and let me know. If you can't delete, please proceed with the instructions below to repair your corrupted PST file.

To fix your corrupted PST file:

* 1. Close Outlook.
* 2. Double click My Computer or Computer (either on the Start Menu or on the desktop).
* 3. Go to Local Disk C:.
* 4. Go into Program Files.
* 5. Go into Microsoft Office.
* 6. Go into Office12.
* 7. Scroll down until you see the icon for ScanPST.exe. It may also be called ScanPST.
* 8. Double click this icon.
* 9. Type the path C:\Users\Carolyn\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
* 10. Click Start.
* 11. The scan process should create a backup, scan for errors, and then fix the errors. After doing so your Outlook 2007 should open correctly.
