Snowshoe, Do you mean she should have taken the advise of Talis Law who resigned over the troopergate scandal?

I like Palin, but of all people she should have understood by the time she started the trust that harassment by litigation is a weapon.

I think that is a pretty tough call, Snow...Palin didn't personally set up the Trust, and there were other people involved....Plus having several attorney's from National Law Firms tell you to set it up the way it ended up and your own local attorney saying something different, is really hard.

Looks like "no harm, no foul" though as none of the money was taken out... and now another has been set up that seems to be compliant with all the rules.

In a way, some of the complaints against her seem so shallow and really small. More high-schoolish cliques kind of sniping in a way. Small towns have some people that sometimes do that kind of thing, and every time I see that kind of stuff in the papers, it's like running finger nails down a chalk board to me.

I'm hoping we can have much better and much stronger and knowledgeable candidates for the next Presidential election than we did this last time. We already in just the last 1.5 years see the disasters that have occurred because of lack of experience, and narcissistic willful behavior.

Right now, Sarah Palin wouldn't be the person I'd choose for either of the two top spots....but then again, she'd be a whole heck of a lot better than what we have in the Oval Office right now. We know she wants best for America, and honestly, Obama hasn't shown that he feels that way at all. Not to me, nor to the majority of people in this country.
