Don't they need a higher share price for an
exchange move. Maybe the Lotus info will come
out to move the price and then the exchange
move?

Hi Long lost Cussy.....Smells like an exchange move to me too. Smell being the operative word :-) As to a higher price to get on another exchange, Try this:

DEFINITELY A GOOG THING. MICROSOFT HAS THE SAME ARRANGEMENT. IF THE
STOCK PRICE GOES LOWER THAN IT SHOULD, THEY BUY BACK SHARES. GOOD FOR
