On "Morning Joe" today, the guests were either saying how bad the bill was for Wall Street or how good it was for Obama. Then, Dylan Rattigan ripped the bill's face off and made the comment that the Republicans were in the employ of Wall Street for refusing to vote for anything to rein in their criminality, and the Democrats were in the employ of Wall Street for passing a bill that doesn't address the main risks. He had minor praise for The Volker Clause, but, other than that, said it would do nothing to keep the financiers down on the farm.
