If Obama removed the Army Corps of Engineers clean up efforts would hasten. The Corps could be very useful in the recovery effort. But before they do Obama has to declare the area a disaster area, and order that day to day regulations and actions are to be put off till the emergency is over. Why hasn't Obama declared this a disaster area? Doesn't want to spend money on redneck fishermen? Does he laugh when he finds they are shooting themselves in the head?
