You had said "disqualifying" conflicts of interest. No where did I see that claim, certainly not what I posted. Strawman, as usual. Yawn.

But it's pretty clear that in Louisiana there is a bias for the oil companies since it's such a large part of their economy. Especially from the "powers" like judicial and political. Do the same case in CA or FL you probably get a different result.
