If ducks land on a oil or mining company's wastewater pond and die, the company pays big fines. And BP will be fined for any wildlife its spill kills. I'm okay with that. It will give them an incentive to try to keep wildlife away from it. But why should windmill company's get a pass on killing vast numbers of birds and bats? Amazing to see you liberals pretending its not happening when everyone knows it is on a big scale.
