Duane, good god I hope you're not referring to a bail-out deal whereby the U.S. bails out Japanese banks! I don't think even someone as teflon as Bill could sell the American public on that one, after the years and years that American citizens have watched US dollars flow out of America to Japan while the Japanese blocked US goods and services from competing with Japanese products in Japan. Such a baiout would be political suicide unless it were a last ditch effort to save the US economy. jess.
