Are you sure you are looking at the 5 day stochastic and not 14 day? I use Dial Data with Windows on Wall Street Pro. I'm certain stochastics has spiked over 80 with a little dip on the end from yesterday. There was no guarantee that it would go down, but I noticed that 11 out of the last 13 times the 5 day stochastic penetrated above 80 that IOM dropped enough to make a modest profit. Don't get me wrong, IOM is a good, maybe even a great company, its just that its not too hard to make money on any stocks random fluctuations day to day. I've been long IOM in the past and have gotten into it myself with Rockhead and Joel Sternberg. Both were too greedy to cover when IOM was at $15 on extremely low volume with a nice base forming. Rockhead was adamant that IOM was going to single digits!!! Well what do you have to say now Rockhead now that IOM had DOUBLED since then???
