Yup - I probably have more energy stocks in my 401K not to mention evil bank stocks too - sort a core holding.

In this lawsuit, Feldman was allowed to take the case because he did not own any stock related to the parties involved.

Who cares what political party he belongs to, or which president appointed him, or what he has in his portfolio, but does anyone really think someone who presents himself this way has the sagacity or temperament to be a federal judge?
