Millennium....
At first I took your post at face value, but happened to share it in the AOL chat room....Bouhafa picked up on the fact that you say "this 9 figure number", in reference to "$100,000,000"...
First, Tom did not post this specific number as shown in his previous post (as follows), so why are you guys posting this disclaimer?. Are you really saying that A 9 figure deal IS NOT in the works? Please clarify .
Thank you,
rhonda

OK, just spoke to Millenium. They sent a news release to the wires 30 minutes ago. In short, the release says that the compleated another conv deb. financing with the same HUNTS of Dallas for $10M. They are not conv. until after Feb or march/1997 at prices above $8/share and they get 1.4M warrents exercisable at 6.75/share.

Millenium als said that a much LARGER financing package in 9 figure range is being negotiated. NINE FIGURE range????? 100,000,000+
Thats what they said.

I ask them, why they need so much money.... they said STAY TUNED.

Whatever that means

UHM, hello??? The ten 9 figure statement did come from a member of your staff. I even have his/her name but will not divulge it to you as it may jeopardize his/her employment there.

So what??? Why are you guys so uptight? He/she didn't give me names or specifics, just that its provided by a "well known investment bank and affiliate commercial bank". Again no names or specifics were involved. I wish they were !!!! I congratulate that member of your staff for at least opening up just a tad. However, for the rest of your staff, including GaryS, you guys are the worst PR firm I have ever encountered in my 40+ years of investing. You guys are the epitamy of leaving investors in the dark. I know insider trading penalties are harsh, but one has to balance the "need to know" aspect that all shareholders and prospective shareholders have, with challenge of telling folks bits and pieces of a story that allow folks to make educated investment decisions.

I must say, with the lack of information you give out to the public, I'm really surprised AIPN is not trading at $.50/share. I commend the person I spoke with for his/her honesty and sincerity.

ONE LAST QUESTION FOR YOU MILLENNIUM:

Will you say that there is absolutely no truth to the fact that AIPN is negotiating a "nine figure +" financing deal? In other words, will you go on record and say that the "nine figure" financing is NOT being negotiated by AIPN?

We will all anctiously await your answer.

OK Millennium we have all waited over 5 days for your response to my question about the nine figure+ financing. Your silence in this matter leads me to believe that your staff member was telling me the truth. So be it!!!!

One can only speculate why they would need so much money. What can they possibly be thinking of buying? Hmmmmmmmmm!! I guess that adds fuel to the fire that someone on this thread stated several weeks ago that AIPN is working on a non-Kazakh deal. Starting to puzzle this together WITHOUT YOUR HUMBLE HELP, THANK YOU.

Here is my last post in case you are suffering from a severe case of amnesia:
