btw, in the look at mother nature on the run in the 21st century department, do you think the way they're restricting access to the gulf might have anything to do with this being included in what's otherwise a rather depressing story?

I might have been wrong about that cop car being in/near the security zone, btw ... apparently the cops just abandoned the rest of the city, let the kids riot on Yonge Street and elsewhere.
