When 'ya wanna CHANGE or update laws you go to Congress.

(What I mainly have problems with is effecting changes RETROACTIVELY, and bailing out Fat Cats who haven't a legal leg to stand on when it comes to requiring retroactive saving. Sure, they WANT a free bailout for their past indiscretion, and their *ignoring* of the insurance limits while seeking an unrealistically high yield on deposits, their ignoring of safety... but doesn't EVERYONE 'want' free money from the taxpayers???????????????????)
