He sold his exxon stocks on the day and immediately preceding his judgement. It is widely reported that he is a rich guy and has made his money from his links to oil.

I get my unbiased news from the foreign press such as BBC and Rupert Murdoch's The Australian.

Here is the link to the news item on the judge selling his Exxon stocks immediately prior to delivering his judgement. When I read about it I wondered if he had confided in someone what his judgement was going to be and also encouraging them to go and buy oil stocks. Since there is a precedent to such behavior in the likes of Martha Stewart etc., there is a strong possibility it happened here also. This merits an investigation.

Then the article was political journalism. It was a non story put out there to make the judge look bad.


I see Chinu beat me to it......the guy sold his stock the day of his ruling. I didn't know that when I posted to you. Now it looks even slimier. Sorry.
