To all: Blessed as I am with a long friendship (since college in '63) with a gentleman (also CFA) on the board of this fine company, I recently took his advice and checked the CPTL website (www.ctcnet.com)-Investor Relations/Company News for the notes on the last conference call. Check it out and you will see that this company has been a very successful provider of its services to its (commercial) customers but it has been structured in such a way that favorable comparisons to others in the field were not easily made. They are now restructuring, as detailed in the notes, and the considerable undervaluation of CPTL will come clear. Terms in the range of a 2X to 3X move over the next 12 to 18 months do not seem unreasonable, or so it seems to me---IMHO! Check it out. Sandpaper
